For 1997, the RCR VI was held in Pennyrile State Park near Dawson Springs in Western Kentucky. Martyn was the Oompah for the event. I'm not positive, but I think this was the hottest RCR on record--even worse than the RCR II held in Cass, WVA. The picture above is an early morning shot of a road in the park.
